When I click on the See It, Try It, Know It player, I get a blank page. What's wrong?
In order to see the Player, you must be on a Windows computer (not Macintosh), have Internet Explorer as your browser, and have pop-up blocker disabled. Macintosh users can view the Web Page and Job Aid links.
How do I disable the pop-up blocker?
Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools at the top of the page. Next select Pop-up Blocker and then click on Turn Off Pop Up Blocker.
I opened UPK but I can't get it to start. What should I do?
Click on the "+" signs next to the module name to expand the list of topics. Select a topic by highlighting it then picking a view mode. To end a session before finishing it, click on the "X" in the UPK instructions bubble or use the ESC button on your keyboard.

Is there a tutorial for UPK?
Yes, there are tutorials for each of the UPK viewing modes. Once you've selected a topic and clicked on viewing mode, a popup window asks if you want to launch the tutorial online. Click yes. To be able to see the tutorial again, make sure to first UNcheck the "Do not show this dialog again" checkbox. Or, to view the Job Aid for the tutorials visit Using the Player, See It! mode, Try It! mode, and Know It! mode.
Why does it take so long for the Training Module to load on my home computer compared to my work pc?
More than likely there is an issue with your Internet provider or some operating problems with your computer. Contact the appropriate resources for help as we unable to support home computers.
The system goes too fast for me to read everything. How can I slow it down?
If you are having problems reading all the information, use another method of viewing other than the See It! mode. The html option shows the same information on "static" (non-moving) web pages. The Try It! mode allows you to click through the actions with prompts from the module. Job Aids are basic instructions and can be printed for reference.
